Creamy Apple-Grape Salad

This yummy treat is best to serve for dessert. A colorful dessert treat for the whole family to enjoy!

  • 2 yellow apples, cored and diced
  • 2 tart green apples, cored and diced
  • 2 red apples, cored and diced
  • 2 cups Seedless Grapes
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples, the chopped candy bars and whipped topping. Mix them well and serve.

Go ahead and enjoy this cool drink for a quick breakfast or as snack after hitting the gym.

I learned about this drink when I was in Singapore. It’s a simple drink that I can make at home in a few minutes, literally.

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until fully smooth. Serve chilled.

Homemade Blueberry Smoothie

For those who loves to drink smoothies everyday try making these delicious smoothie.

  • 1/4 cup Sucanat (or other sweetener)
  • 1 cup frozen organic wild blueberries
  • 4 cups homemade kefir


  1. Blend ingredients all the indgrients until fully combined. Pour into any container and refrigerate. Shake before serve.


Yogurt Fruit Salad

This salad recipe is very simple, quick to prepare yet it so delicious. You can use any type of fruit you want.

  • 3 apples, cut in chunks
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits, well drained
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 6oz strawberry yogurt (kefir)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish if desired


  1. Combine in a bowl all the ingredients and stir well to coat. Serve chilled.

Tip: Leave out the bananas if you want to make it ahead and add them right before you serve it.
