Go ahead and enjoy this cool drink for a quick breakfast or as snack after hitting the gym.
I learned about this drink when I was in Singapore. It’s a simple drink that I can make at home in a few minutes, literally.
- 2 cups kefir milk
- 3 bananas
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until fully smooth. Serve chilled.
